After assessing the team’s process and data goals, I designed a custom data scraping and enrichment system to pull the most relevant public-facing contact details from company websites and other trusted sources. The system funneled cleaned, structured data directly into a centralized spreadsheet.
Beyond just basic contact info, the solution was configured to flag potential quality leads based on keywords, sector, and company size, enabling the FKGB team to quickly segment and prioritize their outreach.
The entire process - from running the script to launching a mailshot - was reduced to just minutes, and required no technical skills from the end users.
